    The Design Process

    Our design process begins with the questionnaire on the website, which lets us know the basic details of the type of vacation you are looking for. Once we receive the completed questionnaire we will reach out to schedule a discovery call with you. The discovery call will determine the exact needs for your upcoming trip, and how we can help to achieve the vision for your journey.

    We then work with our partners to secure lodging, travel,  excursions, and other important events and details that pertain to your trip. 

    Once we have all facets of the experience set in stone, we work to determine the minute aspects that create your custom itinerary. Lodging, decor, customized menus, sundries, and vacation excursions all come together into a personalized design for your trip. 

    You will receive updates as we near the travel date, as well as new ideas as to how to spend your time at your destination. We can create multiple itineraries for the different members of your party, ensuring that each group can enjoy the activities they want to participate in during the trip.


    How It Works

    Step One

    Step 1:

    Questionnaire: Give us a brief description of what type of trip you are looking to plan. You can easily choose to receive information on one of our pre-built packages, or give us a clear vision of the more customized trip you have in mind.

    Step Two

    Step 2:

    Discovery Call : Once we receive your questionnaire, we will set up a discovery call to learn more about your next vacation. During this call we will work through the details of the trip, and how we can help to bring your vision to life. 
    Step Three

    Step 3:

    Planning your Itinerary: The discovery call will provide the majority of information that we need to start reaching out to our travel partners and solidify your booking. We will send you an updated quote for the trip, including all of the excursions and events we discussed.
    Step Four

    Step 4:

    Prepare: As your travel date grows closer we will update you with other events, and excursions that might interest you during your time away. We will use this time to ensure that every step of the itinerary is carefully thought out so it can be executed perfectly.

    Step Five

    Step 5:

    Experience: From the moment you depart for your La Costa experience you will be able to fully relax and enjoy the trip we have planned out for you, knowing that every small detail has been thought through, and put in place to leave you with a completely stress free experience.
